Environmental sustainability and ethical partnerships are extremely important to us. We work directly with farmers through direct trade whenever possible, or through reputable green suppliers to ensure that farmers are receiving the full worth of their coffee. The high quality of the beans we use means that farmers are paid well, and can provide housing and health care for their family and workers.

Several times a year our owners, Richard and Gerard, visit origin farms to source the finest quality beans. Exploring these regions allows us to develop real relationships with the farmers, as well teaching us about where our coffee comes from. The farmers we work with are very skilled, and their dedication is the true essence of specialty coffee.
